Participant Requirements and Enrollment Form

Congratulations on your selection to be a part of Leading Change! This twelve-week intensive brings you the knowledge and tools to be an effective change leader, understanding what is involved in leading successful change initiatives in your organization, develop a positive approach to resistance, and recognize how leadership behaviors can move all stakeholders in a new direction.

Participant Expectations

Have the desire, commitment, and capacity to learn and apply (a growth mindset). The more you invest, the greater the ROI for you and your company.

Aspire to take on expanded responsibilities of initiating, leading, and sustaining business and technology change initiatives with greater competence, confidence, commitment, and consistency.

Able to dedicate approximately twenty hours of time into your personal development over a twelve-week period.

Actively participate in and complete all required program components, including but not limited to:

      • Preliminary work to prepare for the workshops and the capstone
      • Four 3-hour classroom sessions, virtually facilitated by a change expert
      • Two virtual small group or project group coaching sessions with a change expert
      • Leading Change capstone


You will receive an invoice for your program fees via email. Payment is due in full before the program begins.
