Participant Requirements and Application

Congratulations on your sponsorship to the St. Louis TechLX! This is a 6-month dynamic learning experience to facilitate the professional development of mid-level, high-potential IT professionals like you. You’ll have the opportunity to focus on developing your leadership skills and expanding your professional network.

Mandatory Activities

You will be required to participate in the following activities over the course of the program:

3 classroom sessions
3 peer problem-solving sessions
Networking event
3 meetings with a mentor

Payment

Please note: Payment in full is required prior to the kick-off session.

Minimum Participant Qualifications

Possess a growth mindset
Aspire to take on significantly expanded responsibilities within 1-3 years and be in a role of senior leadership
Have the capacity to provide a 10% time commitment above and beyond current job responsibilities, including all program activities
Located within the St. Louis geographic region
Not at risk for low performance
